1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phjoint ("phjoint," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjoint website located at phjoint.org, including all related subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any services, games, or features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a phjoint account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise using any phjoint service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the phjoint Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced by phjoint. phjoint reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to a player under 21.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are legally permitted at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing phjoint is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from registering.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have previously been excluded or banned from phjoint or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, or have been subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and for personal entertainment only. Creating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phjoint account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. phjoint employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, phjoint reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending or unsettled bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. phjoint may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoint login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phjoint immediately via the live chat support function if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. phjoint will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Currency

phjoint accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) by default. All deposits, balances, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated in specific game or promotion terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjoint accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though phjoint reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phjoint balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer and other payment method deposits may take longer to process. phjoint accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. phjoint aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business hours after approval. phjoint reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal, including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit

Withdrawals will, in the ordinary course, be made to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Where withdrawal to the source of deposit is not technically possible, phjoint may require additional verification before processing via an alternative method.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phjoint does not accept payments from third parties. Any funds received from unverified or third-party sources may be held or returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phjoint offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all phjoint promotions unless specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Bonus eligibility requirements, including minimum qualifying deposit amounts, will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion is subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and minimum odds will be clearly stated in promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued in bonus funds and kept separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are satisfied, in accordance with phjoint's standard bonus accounting practices.

6. Gameplay Rules

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game, phjoint will attempt to resolve the session in a manner consistent with the game's rules and, where possible, the state of play at the point of interruption. phjoint's decision on such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoint Platform. phjoint reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation:

• Creating more than one phjoint account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or using phjoint for any transaction that facilitates illegal activity under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other tools designed to obscure your true geographic location.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption, even if phjoint has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phjoint's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoint does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

11. Suspension & Termination

phjoint reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Player self-exclusion request.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the Philippines, conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction and any dispute resolution mechanisms provided under PAGCOR's applicable regulations.

14. Amendments

phjoint reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjoint will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, phjoint may also provide notice via email or an in-platform notification to registered players.

Your continued use of the phjoint Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phjoint Customer Support.
